Terms of Service

1. The service. A personal AI mailbox: address, reading, filing, drafting. Free seed tier with a monthly AI-reading cap; paid tiers as published.
2. Your address. Personal, non-transferable. If your account closes, everything tied to it is deleted (mail, vault, drafts, memory). The address is frozen for at least twelve months, and an address that was used to sign in to any service is never reassigned.
3. The one rule. The AI never sends outbound without your explicit action. You are responsible for what you choose to send.
4. Acceptable use. No spam, no unlawful content, no impersonation, no abuse of the free tier via automation. We may suspend accounts that damage the domain's deliverability for everyone.
5. AI outputs. Drafts and filings can be wrong. Review before relying or sending.
6. Availability. Provided as-is; we target high availability but the free tier carries no SLA.
7. Liability. Capped at fees paid in the last 12 months (zero for free tier), excluding what law does not allow us to exclude.
8. Changes. We'll notify you of material changes in-app; continued use is acceptance.
9. Law. Malaysia; courts of Kuala Lumpur.
