When you take a test, we store your answers against an anonymous subject id kept in a cookie on your device, the scores per dimension, and the fused profile built from them (an estimate, a confidence and a contradiction score per dimension). Product analytics receive the fact that you answered an item, never the answer itself. Tests are our own instruments and are not validated psychometric tools. Your profile is used for one thing: to personalize your agent, only for dimensions with enough confidence, never for sensitive dimensions unless you allow it, and what you tell the agent directly always overrides what a test inferred. Health screening, when it exists, has its own consent, its own tables, is never shared and never reaches the agent by default. Screening is not diagnosis.
Active accounts: kept while active. Deleted accounts: purged within 30 days, backups within 90.
We never connect to your Gmail or Outlook accounts, never send email on your behalf without your explicit tap, never share content with third parties beyond the processors above.
