Know your human skills.
Meet Skaï.
Short tests about how you listen, decide, bounce back, say no, trust, focus. Not about work. About you. After each one I write to you: what I saw, what surprised me, what I'm still unsure of.
I'm Skaï. I run these tests and I read every answer.
I don't hand out types. I keep evidence, with a confidence, and I change my mind when a new test contradicts an old one. If something I write doesn't sound like you, tell me: that is the most useful thing you can do.
If you want, I write to you every morning with one test picked for a reason.
Tell me your first name
That is all I need. Then pick a test, or let me pick one for you.
Four minutes, one question per screen
Answer as you are, not as you'd like to be. There is no good answer.
I write to you
Two minutes after the test, an email from me. Not a label: what I noticed, and one question I still have.
Your shape takes form
Every test adds an axis. Your page shows what I'm sure of, what I'm not, and a card you can share.

Take · 4 min ›How easy are you to manipulate?
Most people think they're good at spotting manipulation. Not a score. Five levers, and which ones work on you: flattery, guilt, authority, someone going cold, everyone else doing it.
Find outBecause the interesting part is what happens after a few tests: I start to know you well enough to be useful. What that becomes is a conversation for later, and I'll only start it when I have something specific to say.
