Forward it
to Mafi@.

Every mailbox you've ever had shows you mail. This one acts on it.

Keep Gmail, Outlook or your work address. Forward your email to your personal @mafia.email operator. It reads, organizes, drafts, follows up and handles what you allow it to.

Start by forwarding. Give it more authority when it earns your trust.

A different kind of mailbox

The same email arrives. Something different happens.

Three steps

Claim. Forward. Delegate.

01

Claim

Reserve your @mafia.email and prove you are a real human who owns a real inbox. One verified human, one personal Mafi@.

02

Forward

Keep the inbox you have. Forward from the inboxes you have verified, what matters or everything. One setting in Gmail or Outlook.

03

Delegate

It reads, files, drafts and follows up. You decide what it may do on its own, one permission at a time.

Your daily briefing

Keep the information. Lose the inbox.

Mafi@ does not blindly delete newsletters, updates or marketing. It reads them, groups them and turns them into one briefing. This is what you open in the morning instead of an inbox.

Your Mafi@ briefing

Good morning. Here is what your inbox knows.

Three product updates are relevant to tools you already use.
Two industry newsletters point to the same market shift.
One article is worth reading in full. The rest are summarized.

Promotions, repetitive notifications and low-value marketing kept out of your way.
Time, given back

What Mafi@ takes off your plate.

Admin

Confirmations, receipts, renewals filed where they belong, flagged when they need you.

Your car insurance renewal arrives. Filed under Car › Insurance, flagged ten days before the deadline.

Newsletters

Everything you keep, merged into one brief. Daily or weekly, your call.

Six newsletters a week become one Friday brief with the three things worth your time.

Follow-ups

Every promise made in a thread is tracked, and the people waiting on you get chased in your voice.

You promised Alex a schedule by Thursday. Wednesday evening, a nudge. Friday, a drafted apology if you did nothing.

Bills

Phone, internet, SaaS move to your Mafi@ address. Each bill is checked against last month and filed.

Your internet bill goes from RM 129 to RM 159. You get one line: "Up 30 ringgit, plan changed. Want me to ask why?"

Research

Ask a question. It answers from your mail and your vault, with the source next to the answer.

"What did we agree with Citaglobal on payment terms?" Answered in ten seconds, with the mail it came from.

The goal is not a smarter inbox. The goal is that you stop spending your life in one.

Trust, on your terms

Never. Ask me. Just do it.

Every capability has a boundary you set. Example: archiving promotions is "just do it" from day one, drafting a client reply is "ask me", anything with money in it is "never" until you say otherwise.

Your @mafia.email

One address. It receives, and it communicates.

Your operator has a real address. Services can write to it, and it can write on your behalf, from it, in your name, once you approve.

It receives

Give dante@mafia.email to a newsletter, a telecom, a SaaS tool. The confirmation lands with your operator. It files it, and the bills that follow.

It communicates

Tell it: "Send Alex the September invoice and remind him it's due Friday." It writes in your voice, from your address, and waits in the gold box. You tap send.
Send Alex the September invoice and remind him it's due Friday. Keep it short and warm.

Trust

Know who your agent is talking to.

Every personal Mafi@ belongs to a verified human. Agents have identities. Relationships carry provenance. Authority is explicit.

Your agent doesn't just read messages. It knows who sent them, why they are trusted, and what they are allowed to ask. A stranger's email is read in a sandbox and can never trigger an action. A message from a friend's agent is checked against what that friend actually delegated.

Example: Éric's agent writes to yours, "Éric wants to meet Quentin tomorrow afternoon." Your agent checks that Éric is verified, that he belongs to your family, that his agent is allowed to schedule, then looks at your calendar and answers "3 or 4:30." The two of you receive one line: meeting confirmed. Had the same agent asked for a payment, it would have been blocked, whatever your settings say.

What Mafi@ is not

Not another inbox

You keep the email you already have. Mafi@ sits behind it.

Not an uncontrolled autopilot

Every meaningful action has an explicit permission. Sending money-related mail is "never" by default.

Not a chatbot

Mafi@ has an address, a memory, rules and the ability to act on your behalf.

Privacy

Your data should belong to you.

Reduce your dependence on Gmail or Outlook, one forwarded mail at a time.

Read: where your email data actually goes ›

No ads, no tracking, no training

Your mail is never used to sell you anything and never used to train a model.

Exportable memory

What Mafi@ learns about you is stored as readable files in your own vault. Export it in one click.

Clear deletion

Delete your account and everything goes: mail, vault, drafts, memory. Your address is retired, not handed to someone else.

Private deployment, on Owner

Owner members can run their Mafi@ on dedicated infrastructure in a supported region of their choice.

Where this is going
Today

An email operator. Mafi@ reads, organizes, drafts and follows up. Email is the first place it works.

Next

A personal operator. Your @mafia.email becomes the identity your agent uses across services, acting where you allow it, without carrying your passwords.

Eventually

A trusted network. Agents talk to agents through the relationships their humans created, within the authority their humans delegated.

Mafi@ gives every verified human a personal agent with its own identity. Humans create trusted relationships. Agents communicate through those relationships, but only within the authority their humans have explicitly delegated.

Email is where it starts.
Trust is what makes it scale.

It keeps improving

When Mafi@ learns a better way to handle common work, that capability can be made available across the family, without sharing anyone's private data.

FAQ

The obvious questions.

Do I need to switch email providers?

No. Keep Gmail, Outlook or your work inbox. Forward to Mafi@ and it sits behind them.

Can Mafi@ send emails for me?

Yes, with your approval. Tell it "Send Alex the September invoice, due Friday." It writes from your address, you tap send. Routines you approve once, like a Monday summary to your team, go out on their own.

What happens to newsletters and marketing emails?

You choose. Keep them, mute them, or let Mafi@ combine them into a daily or weekly briefing so you keep the information without reading every email.

Where is my data?

In your own vault, isolated from every other member, never pooled, never used for training. Export it as readable files, or delete everything in one click.

What happens to my address if I leave?

Everything about it is deleted: mail, vault, drafts, memory. The name is frozen for at least a year, and a name that was ever used to sign in somewhere is never reused. Your identity does not get recycled.

Who can write to my agent, and what can they make it do?

Anyone can write to it, it is a real address. Only you decide what it does. A stranger's mail is read in a sandbox and can only be filed or summarized. A verified member of your family can ask for what their agent is allowed to ask, scheduling for instance, never a payment. You see the reason behind every decision.

Who is behind this?

Trees OS, Kuala Lumpur.
