What to hand over first. A delegation order for people who do not trust software yet.
Trust is earned in the same direction for people and for agents: start with things that are boring, verifiable and low stakes, then widen the circle.
Week one: the machines
Move the addresses of record for your phone, internet, electricity and two or three SaaS tools to your Mafi@ address. These senders never need a reply. The agent files the bill, checks it against last month, and tells you only when something changed. You lose nothing and you gain a quiet week.
Week two: the newsletters
Forward or resubscribe with your Mafi@ address. Ask for one brief a day. You will find that you read more of what mattered and none of what did not.
Week three: the follow-ups
Forward the threads where you owe someone an answer. Let the agent draft. Send the drafts yourself. Watch how often you send without editing. That number is your trust score.
Then: the line
Once the drafts are right more often than not, move the line. Let it chase the people who owe you. Let it renew what always renews. Keep the send button for anything with money or commitment in it. That rule never moves.
